Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Below are the purposes for which Contaldia processes personal data, the legal basis for each processing activity, and the period for which the data is retained:

Recipients: your data may be disclosed to the technology providers that act as data processors on behalf of Contaldia (including web hosting providers and management tools, as well as the provider of the Odoo platform), and to the advisors in Contaldia's Network of Partner Advisors when they take part in providing the contracted service, in all cases under the corresponding data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 RGPD. Your data may also be disclosed to other companies of the Contaldia group if you have given your consent to receive commercial communications. Unless you are expressly informed otherwise at the time of collection, processing takes place entirely within the European Economic Area.
Automated decisions: Contaldia does not make automated decisions, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
Rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, by contacting Contaldia at the address indicated or by e-mail at info@contaldia.com, proving your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency) (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.
Contaldia is committed to complying with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and with Ley Orgánica 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, and, in compliance with the principle of accountability, makes the corresponding data processor agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR available to clients who act as data controllers.
